Data controller
The controller of your data is Shahriyor Rahmatov. For any privacy question, write to me at shahriyor@rshahriyor.com.
What data I process
This website has no sign-up and no accounts. I only process the data you choose to give me: when you email me or when you book a call.
Call bookings
Calls are booked on my own booking page, calendar.rshahriyor.com. I use the details you enter when booking (name, email, business and, if you wish, phone number and what you would like to improve) only to prepare for the call, hold it and stay in touch with you afterwards. They are used to create the appointment in my Google Calendar, with its Google Meet link, and to email you the confirmation, the reminders and a link to change the time or cancel. To prevent abuse, I do not store your connection's IP address, only a fingerprint from which it cannot be recovered.
If you write to me, I use your email address and whatever you tell me only to reply to you and, if we work together, for the project.
Visitor statistics
I use Vercel Web Analytics to know how many people visit the website and which sections they view. It works without cookies, with aggregated data that cannot identify you.
Service providers
The website and the booking page are hosted on Vercel. Bookings are stored in Supabase, on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt); the appointment and the Meet link are created in Google Calendar, and booking emails are sent with Resend. All four are United States companies and process data under their own privacy policies.
Legal basis and retention
I process your data because you give it to me when you write to me or book a call. I keep it for as long as we are in touch or working together, and I delete it when you ask me to.
Your rights
You can ask me to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to its use or take it with you, by writing to shahriyor@rshahriyor.com. If you believe I have not handled it properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
Cookies
Neither this website nor the booking page uses cookies.
